Morris Dawson — HR & Recruitment uses the name, company, email address and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential services. Contact us about your information at enquiries@morrisdawson.co.uk.

How your enquiry is handled

Our website form sends your enquiry to Formspree, which holds the submission in our Formspree account and sends a notification to our enquiries inbox. We use the information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing. Please avoid including employee names, health details or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

We keep enquiries only while needed to respond, manage any subsequent business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete them when no longer needed. Formspree and our email provider may process information outside the UK; their terms describe how they handle data.

Your choices and rights

You can email us to ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information, or object to its use. Your rights depend on the circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Providing your details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply.
