More support. One trusted relationship.

Be ready when the conversation turns to people.

A client is taking on their first employee, dealing with persistent absence or preparing for growth. You understand their business, but the next step may call for specialist HR support.

We help you connect them with clear, commercially aware advice, shaped around the reality of running a smaller business.

Extend what you can offer

Give clients access to HR expertise without building an in-house HR team.

Make the next step clearer

Help clients move from a people concern to a practical conversation about their options.

Keep support joined up

With the client’s permission, we work alongside you so that people decisions fit their wider business plans.

Ways to work together

A straightforward arrangement, agreed with you.

Client introductions

Introduce a client who needs HR or recruitment support. We speak with them, understand what is needed and agree the scope and fees directly before work begins.

A useful fit when a client needs specialist help beyond your own service.

Practical help across the employee journey

A considered approach

Your client relationship matters.

Good partnerships start with clarity. Before any introduction or joint work, we talk through how the arrangement should work for you and your client.

Start with a conversation

Tell us about your organisation, the clients you support and where HR expertise would be useful.

Agree how we will work

Set out the scope, fees, responsibilities and communication arrangements before work starts.

Support the client together

We provide the agreed HR support, respect confidentiality and keep you involved where the client authorises it.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Who would this suit?

Accountants, bookkeepers, payroll providers, business consultants and other advisers whose SME clients need practical help with employment matters or hiring. You do not need a large client base to start a conversation.

Does it have to be an ongoing arrangement?

No. We can discuss a single client introduction, a specific project or a longer-term relationship. The level of support should fit the need.

How are fees and introductions handled?

We discuss the commercial arrangement with you individually. For a direct client introduction, the client agrees our scope and fees before work begins. Any separate referral terms would also need to be agreed in advance.

Will you keep us involved?

We agree communication arrangements at the outset. With the client’s authorisation, we can keep you involved in relevant discussions and coordinate with your wider advice. Confidential information is handled with care.

Could support sit alongside our own brand?

We can discuss how Morris Dawson’s support could be presented alongside your services. Any arrangement to deliver under your brand would need a separate agreement covering scope, responsibilities, pricing and delivery.
