Good partnerships start with clarity. Before any introduction or joint work, we talk through how the arrangement should work for you and your client.
Tell us about your organisation, the clients you support and where HR expertise would be useful.
Set out the scope, fees, responsibilities and communication arrangements before work starts.
We provide the agreed HR support, respect confidentiality and keep you involved where the client authorises it.
Before we begin
Accountants, bookkeepers, payroll providers, business consultants and other advisers whose SME clients need practical help with employment matters or hiring. You do not need a large client base to start a conversation.
No. We can discuss a single client introduction, a specific project or a longer-term relationship. The level of support should fit the need.
We discuss the commercial arrangement with you individually. For a direct client introduction, the client agrees our scope and fees before work begins. Any separate referral terms would also need to be agreed in advance.
We agree communication arrangements at the outset. With the client’s authorisation, we can keep you involved in relevant discussions and coordinate with your wider advice. Confidential information is handled with care.
We can discuss how Morris Dawson’s support could be presented alongside your services. Any arrangement to deliver under your brand would need a separate agreement covering scope, responsibilities, pricing and delivery.
